  This is my fourth time going back to the sandy beach hotel. I think it is a great hotel and will deffinetly be back. The games and entertainment for kids is great. - 1. Most friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. 2. Excellent choice of good quality food at buffet dinners and breakfasts.

  Very Nice clean hotel with friendly and effecient staff. Example:The fridge was noicy, and 15 minutes after mentioning it to the receptionist, it was changed. Not possible to reserve sunbeds made it possible for "normal people" to choose location. Very good restaurant, splendid breakfast buffet.   Hotel has perfect location, very close to the beach. Rooms are very cosy, personal is incredibly friendly. We were staying with 8 month old baby and we were provided with baby bed, high chair. There were washing and drying machine available on the premises, which made our life much easier.   The hotel was clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed the (free!) wellness, which was just wonderful. The breakfast/dinner buffet was great, with plenty of choice available, and two live cooking stations. The staff was friendly, except for one grumpy man with glasses behind the reception. Hotel Escorial will be our first choice for future trips to Gran Canaria, and we'll defin - The Restaurant and Bar staff are particularly friendly and genuine. Breakfast and Lunch was very good especially for a three star hotel. The location is central to Playa del Ingles. This hotel also has an excellent roof terrace with a Jacuzzi and a wellness centre with a 'dead sea' pool, great for floating about in.

  I'd often walked past this hotel on previous visits to Playa and loved the look of the pool but wasn't so sure about the actual accommodation. How pleasantly surprised I was. Both the people working at the reception, and those in the hotels restaurant. Delicious fish food was served for dinner at the buffet dinner several evenings when I stayed there. Also a big honour to the cleaners! I'll be back...

  I found the apartments to be just what I wanted and really had the most fantastic and relaxing time there. They were quiet and peaceful with plenty of space around the pool which was clean and tidy. No footballs or lilos in the pool were allowed!! I also found the place to be secure and en - Extremely quiet place with perfect location next to Playa del Ingles beach. Staff excellent, apartments spotless - we asked for apartment with nice view and got apartment 12 with kitchen window and side of balcony overlooking the sea! The complex was full during our stay yet the pool area was completely empty for us to use. Apartment very well equipped for the price and fresh bread rolls were provided every morning!
