Excellent location right on lagoon, six star service
Reception staff extremely helpful, and although we had booked 'one room', all the 'rooms' are actually suites, and ours was in an annexe with its own patio leading down to the lake's edge. The restaurant was excellent, and the gardens were beautiful with two swimming pools.
Breakfast coffee not hot enough, and would have like to have larger choice of desserts at dinner. But this is ALL we could complain about!!
It was like a haven to be welcomed and warmly treated. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and we were incredibly comfortable
Only 2 small improvements could be suggested- a greater range of teas in the rooms and fluffier towels
everything was great & I liked the food there. the chef was great with cooking the requested meal too
