The staff were very welcoming and went out of their way to assist. The facilities are modern and uniquely decorated, the food was of high quality and the breakfast buffet generous with made to order hot requests. This is hotel is great . I would for sure come back . The rooms are stylish and the bed very comfortable. The location is good, just few minutes walk to the old town. The staff is wonderful , always smiling and very helpfull. when arriving we recevied a wlcome drink and also we got lovely caramels on Our pillow several Nights. I loved the cookies we received when checking out. No doubt - one of the best hotels when it comes to service ever, and i have been to many hotels=)

A very nice appartment, good layout with lots of space. Very clean and nice bathroom.The fridge was very useful as it was hot when we stayed in Poznan. Easy access to shops and restaurants in the main square in the stare miasto. The railway station is only about 25 minutes walk from the appartment. -

Perfect size for a two week vacation- kitchen, washing machine, Satellite TV, decent storage. Great location with being close to the old square and several shopping areas. Staff was always on hand by phone to answer any questions. -

Very friendly staff, adaptable to needs and lenient with requests. Room was fine with big bed and flatscreen TV, free WiFi. Górczyn bus hub nearby, to connect to the city or suburbs. Definitely recommendable place, will be my first choice for future visits. -

The location of the place is excellent. Also "Stary Browar" shopping mall is just 3 minutes of walking distance, where you can get excellent breakfast.
The service was very helpful.
And the room was pretty big. -

Perfect location - near the city centre and Stary Browar. Very nice place, has everything you might need, including washing machine and hair dryer ;) the apartment was very comfortable and service was perfect. I highly recommend this apartment - it is highly possible there are no other place in such high standard for such low price.

Excellent staff. Excellent food; both breakfast and dinner outstanding. Location right on old Rynek (main market square).
Modern well furnished rooms with good bathrooms and comfortable beds. Despite being right in the city centre, had no problems with noise.
Thoroughly recommended.

Everything was perfect. The staff was very nice, my room was very clean and homely. -
The room was very big and we had a separate living room and bedroom which was really nice. The hotel is close to the train station and can be reached in a matter of minutes. The old town is also a nice walk away and our room had a really nice view of an old zoo.
