This time we decided to swap our usual Lodz hotel - Andel's -for a new one and we did not regret that decision. We paid a lot less for a 2-room apt. and the comfort was comparable.
All in all - a very pleasant stay.
We really enjoyed the swimming pool on the 10th floor and the magnificent view over Poniatowskiego park.

Very nice hotel, new and clean with a good style. Breakfast was complete, the room is wide enough and there is a good spa. The staff is very nice and helpful.

The decor is great, furniture are new and looks perfect, theme of movies is followed throughout. Staff is friendly, location is perfect - on piotrkowska str, but with room windows facing inwards there was no noise from the street. -

Przesympatyczna i kompetentna obsługa:) Rewelacyjne śniadanie a popołudniowa kawa serwowana na zamówienie w hotelowym ogródku wprost boska. Położenie hotelu - na "+" bliskość centrum i Atlas Areny, na "-" tramwaje pod oknami (ale można wybrać pokoje nie od strony ulicy).
Nowocześnie, z gustem i wygodnie urządzone pokoje.

Excellent newly finished large apartment (with lift), having comfortable
furniture and beds, well equipped with excellent facilities. Good
location near to town, tram stop directly outside, secure gated parking
to side/rear. Ideal for short break, business or comfortable home
from home. Very nice staff, very helpful, great breakfast too. -
The staff is extremely helpful for getting around the city and surrounding area. They truly care about their guests. Our apartment was fabulous--two bedrooms and one and a half baths. The kitchen was new, clean and fully stocked with cups, utensils, and the like.

We enjoyed our stay at Ambasador. The staff is friendly and helpful, room spacious and comfortable, modern design, bathrobe and slippers, tea and coffee facilities in the room make your stay more pleasant. Very comfortable hotel and kind staff. Got an upgrade to from a regular room to the suite, which made it an excellent stay.

I spent only 3 days at this hotel and I wish I had extended my holiday. This place made a really good impression on me. Firstly, when we arrived, the receptionist welcomed us with big smile.
