  The staff was wonderful. Our refridgerator had a problem but they came within minutes to correct. We blew a fuse at 5 in the morning and again there in minutes to fix. Access to the hotel facilities was great too. But the staff is fantastic. There to help you and so friendly. Loved it. - Location and luxury

In room showers are very nice, Mark who manages the hotel is very nice, helpful and polite. Jasmine who is works in the wait staff is very nice, friendly and also well informed about the area.   Saskia and Peter are the friendliest most helpful people possible! The location was perfect! Bang in the middle of Amsterdam and was only a 10 minute walk from red light, 30 second walk to Dam square! Apartment was trendy, cool, modern but very homely. Most definitely the best apartment you can get at that price. Saskia (who owns the apt.) is available 24/7 - Super friendly. Location is superb!
