Cash refund is available under the condition of an extra EUR 30 payment at check-in. A card authorization is also possible. Please note that there is a cleaning fee of EUR 50 per apartment per stay. Before your arrival, you will receive important documents that you must take with you to the check-in desk. A security deposit of EUR 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals.
