  Owner and staff so friendly and willing to help... gave us a tour and let us choose our own room as we were the first to arrive for night, the food were some of the best in all of our stay in Morocco, and the pool area is quite relaxing and clean.   We were well received and the Aylan room has a firm king bed and is quite large. The breakfast was good and taken on the roof top terrace which is very nice. Climatisation worked well.

  The lady who owns the place is very kind and helpful, we felt very welcome and she gave us great advice on how to enjoy the city. She's also the president of a local association who helps women to work. We felt as part of the local community, as we went to the local hammam and dealt with local carpet and jewel producers. It looks out over the kasbah dwelling as well as the countryside. The room itself was okay. It was a bit dark and the bathroom needs upgrading. Breakfast was superb. We were served a copious amount of food with a variety of breads, pancakes, boiled eggs and yogurt. It was delicious.

  I loved the way I was contacted by Claudie as soon as I made the booking. When we met I felt like I knew her already. She made us all feel very welcome - especially my daughter who adored her dogs (peacocks and tortoises). The staff were all extremely friendly, our suite was perfect and the food delicious. The owner arranged us a driver with a car who took us around Ouarzazate forfair price and it was well worth the money since we saw a lot.

  The room was lovely with nice clean linen and comfy bed. The staff were really friendly. Breakfast was very good. Unfortunately our room didn't have an outside window in hot weather so spoilt our stay, otherwise it would have been 10/10. The staff lent us a fan but the room was still stifling. I am sure this is just a problem with that particular ... co mówią ludzie » room so ask for a room with an outside window! - Its a hotel, with hot water from the beginning, good and working WIFI everywhere, clean, separated almost new bathroom. The guy at the reception was extremely kind... So nothing to complain at all! And by the way the things mentioned above are not typical for Moroccan accomodations (except the staff, they were always very hospitable).

  Great hotel, beautiful pool, very green. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is beyond the expectation. A lot of choices and everything is delicious. I couldn't stop eating:-) - Improved food in comparison with our stay 2 yrs ago. Nice hotel facilities.
