The staff were all pleasant and helpful, the location incredible, really central and beautiful architecture, homely room, breakfast was fantastic consistently. full of happy guests! - the staff went out their way to ensure we had breakfast before we left early for train. A wonderful B&B in an ancient building near the Duomo. Spotlessly clean and modern rooms with ensuite bathrooms. My husband and I and two friends stayed in 2 of its 3 rooms. Large pleasant "dining room" where our "host" Alberto set out a lovely breakfast with a variety of fruit, meats, cheeses, eggs, yogurt, cakes and pastries, etc., and made us coffee and tea. Be sure to ask for the room on the upper floors with a view. The view is spectacular from up there and the walk up (no elevator) is worth the hike. The breakfast is good and the people polite. Everything was lovely. Rooms were spacious, and shared bathroom was large and modern. Only 3 rooms in the villa means not a lot of people going in and out. Our hostess was very enthusiastic and helpful and served us breakfast in the garden. We loved the location just outside the city walls but only 10 mins. walk.

We loved our stay at the Simonetta B&B. Although a little difficult to locate at first, Simonetta Gianni met us in the square and promptly took our luggage to the top floor of a B&B in the heart of Sienna with wonderful views of rooftops and the tower. The breakfast was simple but was more than enough. The apartment villa that we stayed in could easily fit a family of 5 and has a private bathroom. I highly recommend this B&B. Chris D, CT, USA
