We used the shuttle service to get from the airport to the Residenza which suited us well. The place was very clean and modern. The bathroom for the room is not actually connected to the room but across the hall. This isn't a big deal as there are only about 4 rooms in the hall. The minibar is cheap and well stocked. There is a supermarket just around the corner as well as some nice restaurants and an information centre. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful with good English. They gave

Very clean and thoughtfully but simply presented. Excellent view. Very clever use of half a floor in a larger building. Hotel Concordia had everything we needed. Central location and only a few minutes walk from Central railway station. Good sized room with power shower, TV, adequate furniture, security, very friendly staff and a lovely breakfast of croissants, pastries, fruit, cereals, biscotti, fruit juices, water, cappucino, coffee and teas. This place is fantastic! It says bed and breakfast in the title but the quality of service that is offering is easily comparable to some of the very good hotels I have stayed in the past!! It is a converted old house with excellent decoration.

Ceilings are great and that’s something which makes this place special and contributes to your perception of Palermo.
Very clean, good breakfast, fair internet connection (better in lobby than in the room).
