We arrived into Lucca about 5:30 pm, though the entrance door was locked, we received one email from the owner about how to enter the building many days before arriving. The owners were friendly and very accomodating. They recommended local restaurants and made reservations on our behalf for the restaurant and a taxi. The location is great, just 2 blocks from the walled city so it was convenient for us walk or bicycle to the walled city. The complementary bicycles were a great plus. There was also an area to park our car. The car dealer return was conveniently located only 3 blocks from the B&B. The main bedroom room was large and we had a private cove

The surroundings were absolutely beautiful. Large warm pool in a big, lush garden setting. Option to eat outdoors at each meal which we did. The room was a good size, excellent bed and the bathroom was modern with a nice bath. The oublic areas, bar and lounges were inviting and the staff were vey attentive. Overall it was fantastic.
