Sergio, Lorenzo and Elisabetta went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We have returned three times to stay here. They treated us like family. They made phone calls to reserve a car for us, they realized we needed an additional mirror since we had so many girls getting ready and purchased one and it was in our room when we returned from dinner. Lorenzo was very nice to stay up till midnight for a late-flight check-in. The whole family was very helpful with directions, taxis, restaurants etc. Nice Italian style breakfasts were served in the charming courtyard decorated with flowers. The location being slightly out of the main town centers was a plus to ensure quiet nights, even though most main attractions are within walking distances.
As soon as we arrived we were warmly welcomed by the team at Residenza Il Villino. They were very helpful whenever we had questions.
The room was comfy, and had a great view of the Duomo! Was a very romantic room for my wife and I.

You need to make sure windows are firmly closed for the air-con to work.
Location is on a quiet street even though it is close to the major locations. Coming back late night walking may not be a good idea but it does still feel some what safe. Breakfast could be a little better and had more protein or eggs and better coffee.
