  This a great way to experiance real world travel in Italy minutes from the lake Como area. Small village, very quite room. Easy access and impeccably clean. The bathroom was next to the room and excellent. The breakfast was very good and the owners of this fine B&B where very kind and welcoming.   Villa Patrizia is calm, confortable and very clean. Patrizia and her husband are very nice, always helping and giving advice to visit the region. The breakfast was also good. It is situated not far from Como, and quite close to several train stations to go to Milano for example.   We stayed at this hotel twice in july 2013. For us it was an ideal location on our way to a camping in Toscana, and also for the return trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I wasn't too keen to leave my car loaded with 3 bicycles on the parking place. The staff allowed me to park the bicycles in their garage.   The hotel had large rooms, was very clean, and had good WiFi internet availability for free (I've come to realize this is not all that common in Italian hotels). There is also a very nice restaurant in the same building, with a nice garden view, good food, and wonderful service. The owner was wonderful.
