Lovely staff. Especially the waiter guy who was always there. Decent breakfast. Really nice Neapolitan restaurant nearby. Also a nice wine bar close. The beach was clean and good for the children. Pool was quiet during our stay, mostly only us there. Easy and cheap to go to Rome. -

Owner was very nice and helpful. Hotel was located 800m from the train station and easy to walk to but it was rather hard on the pull along suite case as the pavement was rough and uneven. I broke off one wheel before and had to buy an expensive replacement suite case in Stockholm. The owner was kind to give us a ride on our way out. -

The personell gives good service, everyone in the reception speak english and are really helpfull in everything. We even got driven by the janitor to the train station!

Excellent hotel, very good location for a quiet vacation. A little bit far away from the city center, 40 minutes walk, but beach in front of the hotel is much better than in the center. Special thank to owners of the hotel - great family, lovely, friendly and always willing to help. The hotel room was very good, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious, it should be mentioned homemade pastries and good coffee. It is the best hotel in Anzio. I am highly recommend this hotel to travelers.

The staff was excellent! They arranged a very good breakfast for me on the terrace and helped me arrange taxi when I needed one. They don't speak much english, but we made it work anyways.

the villa is new and it is located not too far from the sea, just about 15 minutes a walk. Very nice owner who can help you in case of troubles. The breakfast is an italian style sweet breakfast, very tasty and good enough. Near the villa there is a restarant, not expensive and very good, but they don't speak english, menu is in italian!

Enjoyed the rustic quality and age of the building and grounds, it was clear that this was a true Italian neighborhood building. The breakfast was in a private garden complete with citrus trees and herb plants. -

i would not recommend Anzio for pedestrian tourists,due to lack of public transport,but my stay in casa vacance elliante was superb. -

- no oven but a hob and utensils. Being British we could have done with
a kettle but used a pan to boil water so that was fine.
The people were friendly and helpful even with the language barrier and we found the place clean.

Our two day visit coincided with their first day of operation this year and the weather was lousy. But the place was so nicely appointed and the host so accomodating that we completely enjoyed our stay. Our host Rino put out a complete and delightful breakfast and then allowed us to use his large diniing table all day to assemble a picture puzzle.
