I was looking for
1 -a big apartment
2 -a beautiful view
3 -free wifi
4 -free air condition / fans
5 -reasonably price level
6 -nearby a greater city
7 -inexpensive motorcycle- or car rental in the vicinity
Unfortunately condition 6 and 7 is not fulfilled. However the hotel is hardly to blame.
(Of course one can rent a vehicle, but inexpensive? -answer, No)
I didn’t know I was looking for a friendly hotel host, but realized the difference it
makes.

The apartment was amazing value for money, not only is it a great size but the owner is incredibly nice. The Apartment its self is about a minutes walk from the strip, however you cant hear it from the rooms. So if you are going for the night life its great. But also its good for those not looking for night life but more for a travelers holiday and the owner is so helpful. Highly recommended

The hotel is just amazing: perfect sand beach with clear water and good
swimming conditions; staff members make you feel like a dear guest
rather then a customer; they do all they can to solve all possible

Loved it!!! What a pleasant surprise!! I just left a week ago and would
spend the rest of my summer there. I plan on going back with more
friends and family and for at least 1 week or more. The staff and owner
are absolutely wonderful. They make you feel like family and friends
instantly. Very clean facility. The property is located 150 yards from
the beach; and is one of the best beaches on the island. Located near
several shops and restaurants. Rentals cars and quads avail down the

We are just back from a fantastic stay at Parthenis Beach. We booked into stay for an extra 2 nights it was so wonderful. The setting is amazing right overlooking a stunning beach with beautiful clear blue waters and those sun beds are just so comfy. The best what you could get for your money: very friendly and cozy
atmosphere, great service( its family business and they have personal

Staff was perfect and especially kind, every problem arises can be solved by them easily.
Villa Mare is the closest facility to the hill, you can have a relaxing holiday far from the noise of Malia party places. Garden of the complexum is beautiful too.
The food is really delicious, rooms are extremely clean, so i would stay again in this hotel.
