The staff was extremely nice. They booked a taxi to the airport for us
for a very good price and they recommended us good restaurants and
places to visit. The location of the hotel is also perfect, close to the
city center but far away from the noise. They also offer free wifi and
the breakfast worth the 4€ it costs. -

The apartment had a full size cooker and fridge. It was spotlessly clean throughout the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The location of Suites Pandora is unique, over looking the old Venetian Harbour of Chania.
The view from the roof top is absolutely stunning. All staff was very friendly and helpfull and we can recommend this hotel to all lovers of small intimate hotels

We added the half-board option and were spoilt by the chef and restaurant crew. Excellent food with good variations of international cuisine and Greek specialties.
The hotel offers a cozy, familiar atmosphere. The location offers quick and easy acess to the major roads if you want to explore the Island by car. Easy to acess the City center of Chania by bus, taxi or car or just to take a walk along the beach.

After 3 nights I checked on letsbookhotel.com and discovered they had a suite available and we were moved. I think it was a misunderstanding and they very kindly did not charge us for the upgrade. Situation. Close to the old town and the main activities. Nice view on the sea and close to the small beach at the end of the street. Don' t expect luxary in this place, it' s more like backpack but really convenient. There is a bar at the groung level so you can have your (nice) breakfast there or have a drink at night. It' s usually busy so a little bit noisy if you want to go to sleep at 8pm. Good experience, I' ll be there again if I' m back in Chania.

The balcony view was amazing. You can see all the harbor. The room
itself was simple but clean. There is soundproof balcony doors (the
harbor is noisy throughout all the night). The staff was helpful, we
got some tea for free to enjoy in our balcony. We liked the breakfast
as well with a glass of fresh orange juice. I would definitely advice
it for other travellers (be sure to book a room with a balcony and
sea view).

Could not have asked for more in a hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful with plenty of great recommendations. The location of the hotel was great, still close to the port but just away from all the noise that comes from the restaurants.
The rooms were comfortable and designed individually, a bit like a home away from home. Each room also has a lovely view.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chania.
