The staff were really helpful, and right from the moment we booked the hotel they got in touch by email to find out when we were arriving, send pictures, and offer suggestions on how to get to the hotel.
The hotel was located right by the beach (you couldn't really get much closer!).
The hotel provided breakfast, and had a restaurant for dinners.

The cleaning staff did a great job. -
The staff are lovely and helpful. As an example; my arrival was delayed due to an Athens international flight controllers strike, so I could arrive until the next day. However the staff changed my reservation without charge. Unfortunately Blue Star Ferries took my money and were not understanding at all.

W naszej opinii brak wad. Właściciele bardzo przyjaźni i uczynni. Hotelik jest zupełnie nowy, wiec wszystko w środku jest zadbane i niezużyte. Pokoje są przyjemne, łóżka wygodne, łazienki czyste, a z tarasu bardzo ładne widoki. Niektorym może przeszkadzać, że hotelik jest 500m od morza, ale to naprawdę przyjemny spacerek, chyba, że ktoś juz nie mo

We stayed with our 2 teenage kids for 6 days in Jul 2013. The 2 bedroom apartment (No 1) was spacious, and the air-conditioners worked. We had a king size bed, the kids normal single beds, and the shower was big. Excellent mattresses all around. Clean linen every 2 days. It was lovely to have meals outside on the balcony. This has been one of the best accommodations I had in years.
Katherina and Stavros have been very helpful and made us feel as their friends rather than just customers. We felt we were staying with a family and not in a hostal.
They got some nice gestures with us such inviting us watermelon in the morning or bringing us a plate of their own cooking for us to try local food.
The place is spotless, quiet and very comfortable. I would recommend to anyone going to Naxos to stay in this amazing place

The staff were incredibly friendly. The food was amazing and majority of it was from the lovely owners own organic garden. The accommodation was exceptionally clean and newly refurbished to a high standard. Location was excellent, less than a 2 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. -

Woman in charge was nuts but could not do enough to help. Gave us local produce grown by her family and asked all the time if she could help. Really Nice.
Location looks poor when you arrive, but main beach is 100 metre and spend 5 minutes walking round headland (beautiful) to best litte beach in Greece. Easily best out of 5 places we stayed on 3 islands.

Lovely hotel. Our room was one of the nicest we have stayed in in Greece, large and very tasteful with attractive dark wood furniture and a very comfortable 4 poster bed. Big bathroom with lots of hot water and immaculately clean. The pool was good. We were also picked up and returned to the port free of charge.
