The reception staff were extremely professional and helpful, the standard of the hotel exceeded my expectations and the location was very good. Yes the room was small but we knew that as it was clear on the website. However that did not deter us from having a very positive experience.

This hotel was great, excellent location near the S-Bahn station and near the MarienPlatz you can walk everywhere. Lots of restaurants near by (walking distance). Incredibly kind, attentive and friendly staff. The rooms were gorgeous and very clean in a timely fashion. Everything you needed (ex. an umbrella on a rainy day or dry cleaning) was available without a second thought. The breakfast buffet was exquisite, something you have to see to believe. And the location is unbeatable, just steps from Munich's central Hauptbanhof train station. I will definitely stay here again!

Our rooms were as clean and comfortable as any we have stayed in. Thestaff was wonderful, very accomodating. The resturant was excellent,including the service. The location was a little ways from munich butthe train was only a short walk from the hotel. Would definitely staythere again. - value for money and friendly staff

New hotel, are bright and large rooms ( we had a 501 502 - window left into an alleyway, it was quiet with the Windows open), bathroom accessories (even the Slippers were provided), the towels changed every day, coffee maker in room, tea-coffee making facilities replenished every day. Staff were friendly. Excellent location: only 1-2 minutes to the Central station, 3-5 minutes to the center, to the shopping street.
I recommend, if I will be back in Munich - we would definitely stay in this hote

There was nothing I didn't like. The rooms were comfortable and the staff was welcoming and hospitable. I like that the hotel had a fitness center and sauna. The breakfast was also fantastic. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone visiting Munich. -

This hotel feels very new and modern, though the decor is traditional Bavarian. It is out of city center and very near the English Garden, which is why we chose it for our last night before flying out of Munich. It was perfect for our needs. Staff were very helpful with our several requests (luggage scales, needed tube to transport posters home, dinner reservations, loaned umbrella.) Restaurant was excellent if a bit pricey.

loved this hotel! We had a one bedroom apartment which was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Don't be deceived by the surroundings when you walk down the street to the hotel.
The breakfast buffet is excellent with great choice and very fresh.
Location walking distance from Hauptbahnhof and therefore easy to get any where in Munich via the U bahn and S bahn.
