  The location of the hotel is right on the edge of the Black Forest,which made a hike quite easy to do. The staff were extremely friendlyand helpful. The hotel was perfectly located for our visit - EuropaPark, Triberg, and Felburg. - friendly, helpful and considerate staff, a lovely stay and an excellent dinner.

  The hospitality was wonderful and the food was excellent. The breakfast was sumptuous, with plenty of breads, hams, cheeses, fruit, cereal, jams, soft-boiled eggs, coffee, and orange juice. What we loved most was the fact you could hear the running of water in the creek nearby. So peacefu.l

  Our host and wife were amazing. He tries so hard to speak English and it's absolutely adorable! The light in our bathroom was burnt out upon arrival but as soon as we noticed he sent for replacement :). It was fixed within the hour. The hotel is a charming cute little home turned into a hotel. Breakfast was included and was delightful - The hospitality of the owner compensates for his little English, with a true smile and plenty of attentions to the customers. A big room with a big bathroom (we had no terrace). Everything very clean. The rural style is warm, not old-style or baroque. The breakfast is offered in the ground floor, in a very large room that might work as a restaurant or as a bar. The house is in a beautiful valley. We got a public transport pass to go to Freiburg and the black forest for free for the days bein
