  We were staying in xl Art room overlooking the River Rhine. It was well worth the money, as we booked well in advance. Tram stop very close, easy to reach Koelnmesse, shopping area/centre only 15 min. On foot. Room size was great, and clean. Added bonus: coffee maker (tablet).
