  I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We do not speak german very well so it was extreamly helpfull that the staff spoke english. the onsite resturaunt and bar were great. - Beautiful area. Very relaxing. Very friendly and helpful staff. Many (all?) rooms have a little balcony. Nice walks/hikes can be done from just outside the hotel.

  The hotel was run by a very lovely family. It was a great base to go skiing as well as hiking in the Black Forest. Moreover, it was very near to lake Titisee, Schluchsee, and near to the Feldberg mountains, making traveling with a car extremely convenient!   Very quiet location, very nice rooms, very clean, very good breakfast. Owners very friendly and accommodating. Indoor pool looked very enticing - just didn't have time to enjoy.
