obsluga - This hotel was exactly what we wanted. Its location was perfect - in a posh street with lots of cafes etc. We particularly liked the little extras for example, free minibar, fruit everyday. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed the breakfast but the highlight was definitely the steam room which we used everyday.

I liked the hotel in general. It's a musical one where the music is
almost is everywhere, even in the elevaters. The desin of the room
including the path is nice with a beautiful wall paint 4 the room. The

Lovely hotel, friendly and professional staff, good location, excellent air conditioning (the main reason I booked that particular hotel - August in Berlin can be stifling!). Booked three rooms for the weekend . The hotel is perfectly situated,
only 100m from the Ku'damm with all the shops etc. Hotel & rooms
were very well maintained and clean. Reception staff was very
professional and helpfull. Rooms on the 5th floor were silent and
spacious, as were the bathrooms (with all amenities provided). Beds
could be a softer though. Bar closes at 00.30, unfortunately they
don't carry port or sherry... But a nice choice of whiskies aso.

Położenie hotelu blisko metra , wyposażenie pokoi, czystość - The hotel was old fashioned but very well maintained and clean. The staff were very helpful and the location was excellent - we were only a 10 minute walk from the busy city centre but there was hardly any traffic around the hotel so the area was quiet. - Very easy to access the U-Bahn.
