My daughter was moving to France, and just about everything went wrong
with the trip except for staying at this hotel. The owners went above
and beyond to help us, including with lost luggage, a stolen computer,
recommending parts of town best to live in, looking up available
apartments on the computer for us - since we had no computer -

A pleasant hotel in a good location, however Rochfort sur mer is not on
the sea it is about 15 kms from the sea. Friendly staff

We stayed 3 nights in this small modern hotel and cannot recommend it
enough. We had a bright modern room on the front of the hotel. It was a
good sized room with separate bathroom & loo. Breakfast was very
good with a nice selection of normal buffet fare and lovely freshly
squeezed juice. Staff lovely and extremely helpful and spoke excellent

English. Only tricky thing is the parking, you have to pay between 0900
and 1800 on the road in front of the hotel but drive round the corner
and par -
Friendly welcome from the staff, local info & recommendations passed on. Rooms clean and well maintained. Good breakfast, served outside in the court-yard.

Arrived at Hotel to be met by friendly, helpful receptionist. Rooms
large and comfortable. The hotel is situated next to river amongst
histroic buildings. I had dinner in restaurant which was excellent with
helpful but not over bearing waiter. Breakfast good for French hotel. -

What a great little place! Don't be put off by the plain exterior, inside is a wonderful, warm welcoming house with great hosts and fine furnishings. Our room was lovely, with lots of space and a great bathroom. A little gem. -
