Easy to find, overlooking large park/citadel, yet accessible via the old streets to the heart of the city.Very relaxed atmosphere - more like staying in someone's home. Large, light, spacious room and considering location, quiet. Art and décor modern and bright.
Gave my daughter (who was not staying) breakfast with us complimentary on both days, which was a nice bonus!

Everything, as long as you don't mind 10 minute walk to city. Buffet in Brasserie for both breakfast & dinner was very good and decent value considering range of food and quality. -
Spacious room with appealing design features and all that you'd expect for a luxury boutique hotel. SteAm and sauna were clean and welcoming.

The location was brilliant, on a quiet street close to the pedestrian centre of Lille.

Our stay at La Maison was all and more than we expected. Much has already been said by others- but this B and B is very special. Luxurious, spacious, spotlessly clean, and the owners and hosts look after every need. Breakfasts were generous and filling- you wont really need lunch! We were picked up from the station in Denis' London cab- and from that moment we were offered the highest standard of service and care. Thankyou Maison- we loved our stay. This appartment was wonderful. Located in an old building, in a first floor without lift, but totally new, modern, nice and really clean. Beds comfortable. Small but perfectly formed. Very well set up with all the glasses, plates, pans etc that you could possibly need during the stay. Great mood lighting in the lounge. Easy arrival and were able to leave our bags until we could check in at 3pm. 10 minutes walk from the station and 2 minutes walk to the lovely shopping streets. Very happy with our stay.
