From the moment we arrived we were welcomed and every assistance was
given to us. The room was clean and tidy and each day the cleaning
and tidying whilst we were out was faultless. Breakfast was excellent
and generous in quantity. We were given helpful advice each day to
make the most of ourstay and on the last day the luggage storage and
shower meant we could have a full day skiing before our trip home.
Thanks also for arranging ourairport transfer. All in all a great
hotel in a great locatio

Splendid hotel, lots to like, and first and foremost must come the
extremely friendly and accommodating staff that couldn’t have been more
polite or helpful!
Other than that the mountain view was excellent.
The room was great with the wood panelled walls, fittings and furnishings giving it a chalet feel that we loved.

Everything about this hotel was surprisingly good, all thought the hotel is situated a short distance from the centre of Chamonix, the bus and train service (both stops located 100 mtrs from the hotel) is very good even on Holidays and weekends. Plus each guest gets issued with a free pass for both bus and train journeys in the valley for the duration of your stay, an added bonus,

Excellent location for skiers/boarders as very close to the Grand Montets Gondola and chair lift.
Most of the staff were very helpful and pleasant.Hotel was cosy and quaint with nice seating area in lounge to relax.
Breakfast was lovely....plenty of choice and not too busy. -

The apartment was very spacious set on two levels. The appointments and equipment was very good and included essentially every thing up to 4 people could ask for. There was no need for a bond payment, as the apartment was administered by the hotel which was just a few steps away. Car parking was perfectly adequate, off-street, and well positioned

and DVD/Blue ray player, ski boot warmer and place to store skis,

We are a young professional couple from Brazil & Sweden and we have traveled and stayed at top hotels all over the world. This hotel ranks as one of the best we have stayed at. Doesn't look much from outside but don't let that fool you. Hotel has just been re-opened after a refurbishment and there were no reviews so we took a risk booking this

We really enjoyed our stay in this cosy hotel. The staff were very helpful and they upgraded our room for free because we traveled with our little daughter. The room is really nice, spacious, with a balcony with a wonderful view over the mountains, Chamonix and the river. The hotel is actually by the river and it is in a very nice location in Chamonix, by the main pedestrian road but in a quiet place. An extra plus is the available parking on site. We would recommend the hotel to anyone travell
