Very nice place. Doesn't have an elevator, but they help you up with the luggage, you won't even have to ask. Breakfast is served in a very nice room with fresh fruit and pastries, yoghurt, juice, hot drinks.
Underground parking is nearby, but you can drive into the street where the house is located to unload the luggage. -

The owner, Mairie, was wonderful - came out to lead our car in after we
had gotten hopelessly lost in Avignon's narrow, confusing streets.
She was helpful in countless ways and was a gracious host. Our
breakfasts were more than we expected: the usual coffee, juice and
croissants, and cheeses, figs from her garden, jams and yogurt. We'd

We enjoyed the unique experience of living on a boat for a few days. It was a new experience for us and certainly made our trip to France more memorable. It was great watching the rowers go by and we found we were well situated to see the Pont Du Avignon and were close to the old city. The breakfast served by the host was very good each morning

moored just upstream of the famous bridge at Avignon, but is completely
secluded with a pool, hammocks and recliners on deck which you can use
during the day if you wish. Breakfasts are superb and taken on deck; the
staff couldn't be more helpful. Highly recommended!
