Brand new hotel. Furniture, crockery etc are of very good quality.Excellent combination of Apartment and Hotel. Despite being givenas an apartment, it is cleaned on daily basis which is great, espwith families. - The fact that it has been fully refurbished recently, and that it is actually a small two-room flat for a very low price!

The location of the hotel is absolutely great : looking over the sea, sea across the road in 10 meters, beachers to the right ( 50m), castle and Picasso Museum - to the left - 200-300 m along the promenade with GREAT views. If you choose a suite with a sea view you will rewarded with the fantastic sun rises and views of the bay with boats .. free

Being November and all, was still a nice setting and location. Just a shirt stroll to Antibes, market, and bars and restaurants. Staff really friendly and helpful with helping with my baggage and parking the car. My room didn't face the sea and was rather dark, but was very cleans and and oversized, like a small apartment. Fridge was stocked with drinks at very over inflated prices but hey that's France.

Dwa baseny, widok na morze (po wykupieniu opcji "sea view") - I loved the balcony and the view surrounding it was great, the staff were helpful but not good english but then I did not have good french - Liked the loction, very handy for the train and a nice easy walk to Antibes

arrived very late & tired - this was so good after a long
journey. Cleanliness of room Good breakfast included in the rate

Wonderful friendly service from Pascal and his wife. Nothing was too much trouble, especially helping me make alternative arrangements when my flight home was cancelled at short notice! A very special building - a villa, surrounded by trees and bushes, a very nice, quiet, peaceful place, at the same time only 200 meters from a publich beach and less than 1 km from the old town of Antibes. The owners taking good care of the hotel and the customers.

A very small hotel, but with 24 hour help. Very clean with the most modern of bathroom design and amenities. Our room on the 3rd floor was quiet, comfortable and overlooked the old city and a small pedestrian square. We were a short walk into the old city and the port. The hotel has free, reserved parking next to the hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived late in the evening and within fifteen minutes got the keys. There was no kettle in the kitchen but manager solved the problem almost immediately. We had a wonderful time in the central part of Old Antibes. The room was clean and attractive. We were able to prepare drinks, breakfast and light meals with the very well equipped kitchen. The staff were exceptional and supported our late arrival by leaving keys with the restaurant down stairs. Our visit was very relaxed and Studios Perl contributed to our well-being.

There was a sense of professionalism by Elizabeht and Philipe,the owners, who have lavished a great deal of pride in maintaining a beautiful villa. The hotel is spotless. And the aircon is the quietest and most efficient.

The staff were very helpful in advising and booking restaurants for us and providing any other information we needed. The breakfast was good value and eaten on a very spacious attractive outdoor terrace. The bus into Antibes ran frequently and stopped right outside the hotel which was very convenient and cost 1Euro. It was a short walk to Guardiole beach. Overall highly recommended unless you want to spend considerably more and stay right on the beach.
