Front desk staff were very efficient and friendly. Parking staff also were friendly. Room was clean and had a magnificent view of the river. The location was very convenient for our purposes. Room service breakfast was delicious and served on time. -

Great bed and linens, although the making of the bed could have been a bit tighter. the housekeeper for our room (317) was Mony (I think I have that right). she was very friendly and called me by name -- I appreciated that. -

The hotel is completely renovated with new carpet, comforter and pillows in beds. They made a large well-designed cafeteria with two waffle makers. The complimentary breakfast has fruits, yogurt, a variety of cereals and breads. If you want, you can have eggs, sausages and bacon.

Pleasant staff, clean rooms wonderful view of the harbour, the valuted ceilings and large patio (we had a wonderful sunny weekend which added a little space to the regular hotel room. The furnture is a little out dated but that is in keeping the with the island zen ways Wondeful food ..

Close in town. The staff was very helpful when I pointed out that the room they put us in initially was not the Jr. Executive room I had reserved with letsbookhotel.com. I was changed the full rate for a lesser room that first night and no credit was offered but they did move our things while were were out spending time on the town. -

We thoroughly enjoyed having a balcony room facing the pool. Our children had a fantastic time on the water slides. This was just a one night vacation away from our home. The front desk staff where very professional and friendly. It was a pleasure to deal with them. -

Rooms are clean and comfortable, loved the pool, perfect for size and not too deep. We have stayed at this hotel twice and love it there. The breakfast in the morning(which is included in the price of the room) was very good, lots of choices to eat. -

The kid's really enjoyed the water slide/pool , the hotel suit was nice and spacious. The continental breakfast was good. The staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay. They asked to come back in the future. -
