A comfortable well-run establishment with very good in-room free Wi-Fi. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Hourly courtesy bus to Airport. Worth a walk to see the wild-life along the local creek. Several restaurants within easy walking distance. The Thai/Vietnamese one was good! -

towels were huge! Comfortable bed and though close to the airport,

The location of the hotel is most desirable for travellers needing a transit stay in Toronto between flights. It operates a regular efficient airport shuttle service. The other commendable practice in this hotel is to respect guests' privacy, i.e. if one hangs a "Do not disturb" sign outside the door, the understanding is that the chambermaid will NOT knock on your door to insist a clean up (as is the case of many hotels). I really loved the setting---the lobby which led out to a series of pools----the site up on the mountain---the availability of the beach and all the activities. We also enjoyed the dinner we had there. The food was very good. -

I loved the king suite! we booked a king room but they upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost. The manager of the hotel was also very friendly and courteous. They also honored our late check out request at no extra cost. Breakfast was good. The hotel was clean. I loved my stay! Will definitely book again! -

The Chimo Hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We were in Ottawa to attend our grand daughter's hockey tournament. The staff seemed to put us on a floor that didn't have hockey groups on the same floor. Therefore it was quiet at night for sleeping. We had a family emergency and had to leave early The hotel were very understanding

Upon check in, we were served by a fella who was covering a break. He had several lines ringing, and 3 check ins in front of him. He did a wonderful job in spite of these obstacles. He was very apologetic! Obviously experienced at multi tasking and serving the public. Well done!
