Great location - close to Metro station, within 15 minutes walk distance to Central Station.
Crazy/originally equipped and decorated rooms - very creative.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Relatively well working wifi - each floor has own AP.
Both negative comments I consider sort of trade-off for stylish equipment, which is really unique.

locate in city center. the nearest metro station is 5 minutes walk away from the hotel. the car parking place is 3 mins walk, which cost 14.6 euro for a day. about 20 mins walk to the Grand Square. We booked a two bed rooms apartment. The room is good, it also has a big kitchen, which provide convenience to us. We get the apartment at about 12am.

Gaby was great and made the best of a bad situation, former employee made early arrival arrangements and didn't let him know. He gave us a place to rest while our apartment was made ready for us. Location was good.

Everything. The best hotel we've visited in a long time. Best
location fo touring brussels, a walking distance from all main
atractions and the central train station + a metro station right
beneath. Our studio was very spatious and faced a small mall, which made
it very quiet. Also, no noise from other rooms. Nice design, very

staff. For a stay longer than 4 nights they don't clean the room

The owner, Peter and all the staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Upon arrival, Peter gave us a book detailing all the amazing buildings on the Grand Place as well as good info regarding places worth seeing. Also the location was fantastic - close to everything - no need for a tour, you could walk all of the Old Town on your own. Lovely old hotel 100m from the Metro. We can DEFINITELY recommend it.

The location was great. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The kitchen has everything for those who wish to cook- even dish washing liquid! There are extra duvets and pillows and also an ironing board and an iron. The parking (upon reservation) is on the basement of the building so it is a matter of just taking the elevator up. Fantasti

Staff friendly and helpful. Could leave luggage with them on last day after checked out which was great as we had several hours before our train left. Flat itself was huge and very comfortable - much more so than we expected. Would highly recommend staying here.
