They are all multilingual and very knowledgable about the surrounding area and have suggestions about what to do in the Brussels area. The rooms are very clean and you get a real good value for your euro especially compared to the prices of other hotels in the same area. The hotel itself is in a very good area for sightseeing in the Brussels area.

The location of the hotel is perfect as you can walk to all the important sights and there are lots of good restaurants within 7-8 blocks. The furnishings were well maintained and we had plenty of towels and soaps to use. We appreciated that the room we had was very quiet and when the blinds / curtains were drawn, it was very dark and therefore we had a very good night's sleep.
