Very comfortable, cool design, great layout, lots of room, direct access to garden, breakfast was simple and high quality. 5 min walk to metro means access very good. I will definitely use it again. Also the cost was very reasonable (in Brussels terms). The build is also very anonymous - and understated (which I like). This is a place to arrive, rest, sleep, have breakfast and leave. No more - No less. I love it.

In a very good location to where I needed to be next morning and the Enoteca da Valentino restaurant around the corner at the end of the road was excellent for dinner. The room was comfortable, modern, clean and with free wifi. Breakfast was good to. So all in all a great choice for the money. It's just like your own private flat. The diy breakfast is just what I wanted. Fast and free wifi. Full width sliding glass doors to balcony and small garden which was a life saver in the recent heat. The bed is large and comfortable and I'll certainly go back again. Modern B&B with good facilities. Large rooms with sufficient elctrical sockets and good wirless. Concept of doing everything on your own works well. Choice with breakfast is very good and large (even homemade jam). I thought it was very clean and very warm, maybe a bit too warm actually. It was very well located fr a number of amenities including the university. Warm and calm place close to the European institutions, with all network and wifi equipment to remain connected. - comfortable stay - very nice atmosphere and furnishing - modern concept - central but quiet. Spectacular bathroom, spacious, great breakfast and use of kitchen. This is a great Experience for the solo traveller. Lovely design, nice rooms, good location. Great design, very friendly owner. Freedom to do what you like. Comfort.Quietness. Zero. Nothing important. Nothing. No real negatives, only the fact that the street where the B&B is located is not so nice and quite a distance from the centre or the shopping streets. One other thing is that letsbookhotel.com allows registrations with American Express, whereas the B&B doesn't accept them afterwards. This should be aligned. The only thing I wold say as a solo traveler is that you would need to know exactly where you are going as there is no one to ask in the morning for help or info, however this was freely available via email prior to travel. Concrete floor was cold underfoot. No hairdryer. There should have been instructions posted for the coffee machine as none of the guests were familiar with the appliance, and there is no on-site staff to ask. Nothing. No towels or toiletry. No staff.
