The setting was beautiful, peaceful and relaxing with lovely rambling English gardens.
The owners were welcoming and helpful. The most outstanding thing was that they were willing to drive us to the wedding we were attending at a nearby winery and picked us up at the end of the evening. We hadn't realised a taxi wasn't available so greatly appreciated their offer!

The hosts Anthony & Elizabeth have really looked after this guesthouse. It's quiet, clean, spacious beautiful relaxing rooms and in a beautiful garden setting. The breakfast was amazing with a lovely choice of food.

This accommodation definitely surprised us, especially for the price. The English owner was amazing, and gave us some great recommendations of where to go in the Yarra Valley. The room was spotless, and had everything you could ever need for a short stay. The location was great too, only a short walk from the town. I have nothing bad to say about this place. We had a great time.

Everything about Melba Lodge and staff was lovely. We were well looked after. Room was small but very comfortable. Breakfast was as good as any B&B we've stayed in. Living area is communal and very comfortable. Off road parking available. Generally very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. -
