Beds were super comfy especially for my husband who suffers with a bad back (from a serious car accident in yr 2000) he said it has to be the best hotel for comfort he has ever stayed at (and we travel alot for leisure) The staff were super helpful, I didnt have to pay for parking like it stated in the email (off site parking provided) I didnt fee

The Family room was very spacious and nice. There was no time to check out the pool/spa but the pictures were very nice. The rooms were very nicely decorated and the view of the streets were very entertaining. Nice staff, nice people & friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended especially if you have a budget.

2 bedroom apartment was very spacious, well equipped with all facilities, clean & comfortable... great for a family. Quiet location, walking distance to city & great selection of restaurants. Secure parking and friendly staff all contributed to a great weekend's accommodation. We would definitely stay again next time we visit Townsville. -

The fact that as soon as we walked into the room we were greeted with a fresh clean smell and the whole room was clean. This seems to be a rare thing these days because cleaning products are not used in every place that we have been to, some just use water and one cloth for everything.

Everything is perfectly clean. There is even no cobwebs on the carport, what is very unusual for Townsville. Perfect attention to detail regarding cleaning.
Nothing fancy equipped, but beds very comfortable and kitchen with all necessities.

apartment was immaculate and really comfortable and there was a lovely

I travelled to Townsville with my 96 year old mother who is not very mobile. It was a big advantage to get room service. The meals were not expensive and were very good. Didn't know the Ridgemont existed until I found while searching on line, a little secluded but close to most things around the city. My wife and I had an upper level room for 2 nights, brilliant view, great to sit on balcony looking out over Strand and Maggie Island. Good value.
Requested 6 meals, 2 x 3 types,(on a night meals not usually served)

Proximity to The Strand, a credit to Townsville Council. Room was clean and neat. TV needs replacing soon, screen pixelating continually.

The staff were great very helpful courteous polite and friendly we had a problem with our hot water and when advised of problem the staff had it fixed as soon as the could the motel was close to everything we wanted and had everything we needed, we enjoyed our stay very much and will use the motel again, nothing was to much for any of the staff EX

Staff are very freindly and helpful - offered to upgrade us for only $10 extra. Gave us keys to two rooms to compare prior to checking in so we could see for ourselves which room was better.
Great location and parking at door.
It's now my 'place to stay' in Townsville which I go to a few times a year. Have already booked a 2nd stay in 2 months time.
