  The Park Hyatt is the best hotel in Canberra -but is probably the most expensive! He was empathetic, prompt & professional in resolving all issues as they arose.   The staff were very helpful, and did not mind moving us to another room for easier access, as my partner had a broken leg. I needed a room that had not been sprayed with scent.
