what I liked was the fact is was so intimate there was never more than five people in the pools. Not real keen on trying to relax with a crowd I prefer quiet and intimate and this place ticked all the boxes for me and my elderly parents we stayed 6 nights really did not want to go home. will be back for sure.. building might be old but we were the

The room was spacious with front and back doors. Back door led to grassed area beside Mehi River. 2 artesian spas and 1 swimming pool were just perfect for relaxing. We did not have to venture away to have the artesian experience. The restaurant was very good. The food was outstanding. The staff were also outstanding - we were made to feel very welcome and nothing was a problem.

We loved the beautiful matching bedspread, behead and curtains. The quality was evident. The room was very spacious, larger than we thought. It was great to have a deep bath which was also a Spa. When I saw that the Alexander is beside a busy roundabout I feared the worst. I was delighted when I entered my room (number 21) to find it double glazed, cool and oh so quiet. My room contained a very comfortable queen bed and a comfortable armchair. Perfect for a little getaway.

Moree, jumped in the car found me and escorted me back. Meanwhile
his wife opened up the unit and turned on the air conditioning, I
was so appreciative especially as I was traveling with my elderly

The people were wonderful and the location was very good as unlike the other motels it was not on the main road with the big trucks going past all of the night disturbing sleep but was still in the centre of town.

Greatly apprecaited the service from Violet and Dane, very nice and helpful people. The unit was comfortable, clean and well maintained and it was only a few minutes casual walk to the mineral spas. The CBD was about 10 mins walk away so the location is good. We will strongly recommend this establishment to others. -
