  On arrival I had an issue with the room andd IMEDIATELY they couldn't apologise enough and upgraded me to a better room. The staff were awesome and the food was excellent. I couldn't have had a better stay and that was due to the staff who are highly trained in customer service, which ALL hotels should be concerned with.   Affordable, great location, comfortable bed, this was the second time we stayed there and we loved it except microwave doesn't matter that was not too hard. We could ask the staff to have one but we didn't so we can blame them. Things can't be perfect all the time.   We were very satisfied with our accom. and were made to feel welcome by the friendly well presented girl at the front desk both on check in Sat night and check out Sunday morning (same friendly girl) - The room was great, everything I needed and I was even offered an upgrade, the room was also spotless. I have stayed in a number of hotels and motels and foun this one to be of a good standard. - Very good value for money compared to others in the area.
