Have stayed several times at esplanade river suites and always find it excellent value for money. Rooms are always very clean, bed is comfortable and I love their pillow menu. Breakfast was included in our rate and was a very nice buffet. Will definitely stay again -

Great location. The staff were friendly and helpful on arrival. Clean
and comfortable room. Good facilities - the children used both the pool
and tennis court. And a nice surprise when we found the use of the
balls/racquets were free. Lovely grounds - clean, tidy and

our room was lovely.....it was clean, roomy & had everything we needed for our whole family....the kids really enjoyed being able to use the pool and tennis courts while we could watch them from our apartment...the staff were very friendly and helpful, our room was cleaned half way through our stay which was a lovely surprise !..... will definitely be back and recommend to others !

An all around wonderful experience. I cannot say anything bad about Como Waters B&B. They purpose-built their building in a beautiful neighborhood close to the freeway making it easier to get around the Perth area. What a fantastic place! The rooms are excellent, very clean, spacious, relaxing and modern. The owners are lovely and welcoming. We stayed in the king room with the spa. Unfortunately, we only stayed one night so did not get the opportunity to see what was nearby but it is less than ten minutes drive from the city centre.

Helen was very very kind to accommodate our late arrival and the house was nothing but cozy and lovely. The bathroom was cleaned and well stocked, and her home made breakfast was one of the best meals we have eaten in Perth. Thank you for your hospitality!
