  Absolutely fantastic hotel, with fantastic staff who went out of their way to accommodate all our needs. So close to the beach and easy access to great restaurants and to the Caloundra shopping area.   My booking had not been received, or had gone astray. We were fortunate that there was a vacancy and that it was at a quiet time. - The space in the unit was wonderful - plenty of room. The view spectacular.

  location - good for young Children to have the beach (estuary) close by we didn't have to cross roads and there was no surf - perfect. Apartment size was fantastic.   The location is amazing with uninterrupted views over Pumicestone Passage. Great walking tracks along the beach right at your doorstep. Flagged beach just a short stroll from the hotel. The rooms are amazing, very spacious, clean and modern. Such incredible value for money! Staff were absolutely wonderful. Very well done! :) - Everything except the Internet connection which was rubbish, I first paid $6 for an hour, but spent the whole hour trying to get connected, then spent another $60 in the hope for a faster Internet connection, but it was just the same. My recommendation do not buy into their Internet provider, as it is a total waste of time

  Although the weather was appalling with days of torrential rain and wind, at least I was comfortable in a spotlessly clean, well equipped studio apartment. The bed was huge and so comfy that I even slept well the first night there. There was Foxtel Premium Movie channel to keep me entertained as well as other choices. By the way the apartment had a private spa bath on the balcony overlooking the ocea - The position was fabulous, the staff were accommodating. After a time, management decided to upgrade our room. We ended up with a roof top garden appartment with spectacular ocean views. Thanks to Naomi to other staff for making my dad's birthday fabulous!
