not flash and new ,a bit old and basic but close to where we wanted with everything close .very clean and quiet will use again. The room clean, large comfortable for a budget type room. Friendly reception on arrival very happy for what we paid. It was perfectly adequate for our needs for one night. Clean and tidy. Close to the event we were attending. The childs big play pen (tennis court was handy for a 1 yr old). All OK. It was clean and comfortable.

Basic but clean, good overnight stop for zoo and glass mountains. comfortable bed undercover car space good TV picture. close to facilitys. Location of hotel centrel. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was OK, it was fresh but a little expensive. Still working of this one. nothing. Smokers sitting outside our room/ next door occupants between the two rooms. Smoke entering room had to use the air conditioner and shut the windows. we try to be environmental friendly. nothing. Woken early by loud neighbours and the mattress was solid. nothing. Tap kept dripping though the night. Needs some repairs. There was no bath or washing machine. Water supply - hot water very intermittent. Should always have spare blankets in each room!. Restaurant. Room wasnt serviced for our second night. only one bedside lamp no biscuits cups and glasses mismatched no plates no hairdryer no tissues noisy through bathroom windows did not seem like value for money. tv didn't work. Paint peeling from ceiling. Only one blanket and a spare pillow. coffee sachets were old and stale. Had to wait at least 20mintues for reception to turn up to allow self and others to check in despite a sign on door stating that staff were on premises when obviously they weren't!!. Flickering fluro outside room. Dodgy shower & water pressure Dodgy bathroom sliding door Cheap quality tea bags Old scratchy towels No wine glasses available. The beds were hard and the pillows were even harder. The condition of the premises was very poor, the stairs were rotten. There was no dish washing liquid in the cupboard. It was not good value for money. Bed was hard, air conditioner was very noisy, door lock constantly jammed for exiting (fire risk), hair dryer didn't work, remote control didn't work, ants in the food at breakfast, lousy sound proofing - could hear other guests plainly. terrible smell of stale bodies in the room -old and tired decor. tiles outside room got wet and were really slippery - also lights were turned off really early and had problems navigating back to the room.
