Price, undercover free parking, continental breakfast included, close to all city amenities, cleanliness, comfortable bed. All attempts to make for a comfortable stay has been made. Staff were friendly & helpful.

Staff followed up with a phone call (which we appreciated) after check-out re our complaint of poor TV reception - advising he had changed the cable and the reception was now fine. We weren't aware we could contact staff re the TV reception (as we thought it would cost us a "call-out" fee) considering it was the weekend and the hotel reception wasn't manned. We were happy with the cost for the 2 night stay.

Pedestrian Bridge which gives access to the Southbank with only a 10 min

The first time I stayed at Abbey apartments I booked a superior room but it was absolutely disgusting. Shocking! So this time I asked to make sure I really had a superior room as each time I paid extra for it. This time my room was lovely. Great value for money. Lovely furnishings, dishwasher, dryer,and washing machine. I appreciated that the improved things for me this time. I liked that the heating and cooling was so easy to control and fab location.

Close to airport - clean and more then adequate for overnight stay.
Staff was very friendly, other customers where chatting and having a great time in the common room, so the atmosphere also felt good. With access to the internet and a printer it made it easy to complete my online checkin for my plane flight the next day. Ensuite, TV and climate control. Plenty of parking, and I noted a airpot shuttle was also available.

I liked that they let me leave my luggage in the hotel before check in because i was going to soundwave. The breakfast was delicious and excellent value for money. I lived how it was right next to the station. I would've gone and had a drink at the pub/nightclub, but was knackered from soundwave. -

The service from Peter the manager was excellent. When we arrived there,
my girlfriend was ill, he made a couple of phonecalls to doctors free of
charge. When we got back at the hostel, he saw that my girlfriend was
still not feeling better, so he upgraded our double room to a better
room away from all the noise from the reception. Thanks a lot for this
excellent service Peter and the rest of the staff!

Reasonably priced, the villa was better than a motel room as it had a kitchen and a separate bedroom. The staff were amazing and the place was walking distance to a mall. A few minutes drive to Westfield mall, close to the airport, not that far from cbd by bus.
I would recommend colonial village to everyone.

It is very clean house and a old-fashioned style room. We stay one night there. A lot of foods in refrigerator even you hungry in midnight.The breakfast was outstanding. There are not too many places where you can have breakfast on your own veranda Its is very close nearby Brisbane city. And you can parking in back ground. By the way. The kitchen is big and well equipted. The room is clean and the security is awesome, there are security camera everywhere in public area. There is a wifi room you can use wifi which is great.
