The security tag for entering the building was great as a solo female traveller.
The layout of the room was really practical.
The facilities were all good and the supply of kitchen items was just great for my business trip needs.
Being across the road from a 7-11 was very handy and having such good access to public transport was very helpful. -

Design and elegance of rooms and Hotel. Everything has been thought of down to bathroom lighting at night. Clean Eygyptian cotton white hygenically washed bed linen instead of re used bedspread expected for 5 star. Fabulous decor, wonderful attentive staff, 24 hour service, great location so close to excellent shops and restaurant and relaxing roof top pool. Value for money.

Hotel is in a central position, staff were welcoming and friendly from check in. Food and service in the restaurant were excellent. Rooms whilst on the small side are simply decorated, all the essentials of bar fridge, tea & coffee included, plus a microwave oven. I had a very comfortable suite, plenty of space, big bed with good mattress, fine cotton bedlinen; the bathroom was unusually large with walk-in shower. Real coffee with plunger in the kitchen area was a nice touch. Very helpful staff showed me the quick way to Central so I didn't have to cope with the hills from the city centre.

I recently spent 5 nights in a Studio Room at The Manor in order to attend a conference at the Brisbane Convention Centre and was very happy with my stay. We liked the location and ambience, convenience and style of The Manor Apartment Hotel. The architecture of the building is both charming and of heritage style which appeals to us. Being just out of the shopping precinct, next to the historic GPO and a short walk to Central Station, makes it perfectly located.
Really helpful staff.

facilities. A couple of things that were a stand out was the standard of
our room - modern, comfy and clean and the location - pretty much

Staff followed up with a phone call (which we appreciated) after check-out re our complaint of poor TV reception - advising he had changed the cable and the reception was now fine. We weren't aware we could contact staff re the TV reception (as we thought it would cost us a "call-out" fee) considering it was the weekend and the hotel reception wasn't manned. We were happy with the cost for the 2 night stay.

We liked the size of the bedroom.
Everything was very clean and the staff was friendly. The location is gorgeous, a few minutes by walking from the CBD, a little bit more from South bank but there's a rental bikes station close to the hostel and it's very cheap so you don't have to take any transport if you want to visit the whole city.

The hotel had fantastic friendly staff that went out of their way to help and make us feel welcome.
Fantastic food, rooms were clean and well kept. Room had a beautiful view. Situated in the perfect spot for shopping, going to south bank, restaurants and public transport.
Highly recommend staying there.

Very friendly staff who didn't mind being woken at 3am for keys and queries nor did they mind us turning up late for breakfast.
Very convenient very clean very comfortable.
Shame we didn't get time for pool.

The location can't be beaten if you want to look at the city. We had
the trains and buses at the door and only a block away from Kurilpa
Pedestrian Bridge which gives access to the Southbank with only a 10 min

The first time I stayed at Abbey apartments I booked a superior room but it was absolutely disgusting. Shocking! So this time I asked to make sure I really had a superior room as each time I paid extra for it. This time my room was lovely. Great value for money. Lovely furnishings, dishwasher, dryer,and washing machine. I appreciated that the improved things for me this time. I liked that the heating and cooling was so easy to control and fab location.
