Tim and Rachel who own the place are absolutely wonderful, helpful and genuine. Couldn't do enough to make you feel at home. The place was lovely and brekky was beautiful. Would not hesitate in recommending the Collingwood to everyone. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

Great location, quiet but close to interesting shops in Paddington. Tim is a fantastic host, very helpful and serving a delicious breakfast.
