In general it was quiet and the seating and bed were comfortable, I like low pillows which were available. bathroom was fine.
There is very little working space on the kitchenette. Climbing all the stairs could be an issue for older people. Having to put in a 6 figure code to get in and out of the secure carpark was a issue for me. I only used the non-secure part at the front. I chipped card would alleviate this issue.

The location in a residential neighborhood is near the CBD but removed from the intense hustle bustle. And the property manager -- Yong -- was a delight.

Reception was very thorough in explaining fundamentals of the apartment & surrounding district eg shopping hours, directions to the city before we even asked. Plenty of secure parking. 2bed apartment has plenty of space so comfortable to hang about if must. Multiple balconies. All appliances that we used were in working order - yay. Didn't hv time but pool/bbq area looked inviting too. Wld luv to return to Bris & wld def stay here again.
Doesn't bother us cause we like the exercise, however, if you cant handle stairs, then don't take top floors - no lift. Personal choice but I am not a fan of old style carpets & furnishings that look more motelish to me. Main bed had double twin sinks on the outside of the ensuite - bit weird, but it worked fab for us cause plenty of room & lighting when 2 girls readying for a wedding!

We like the apartment its cozy and clean.
My sis and I cant sleep many nights as there was no partition above and we could hear all the noises below when they talk or watch TV late into the nights. as its a holiday we must let the young people enjoy too. Those sleeping below could hear our footsteps above. We understand why you cant have a partition as its structure is made of wood.

We loved it...We were only there for 1 night and alot of place's want the min of 2 night's acommadation'S.So it was great in the respect that we were able to do that.
Spacious (at least for a couple). Conveniently located for the Spring Hill free bus loop for access to the CBD, and on the right side of the city for our other destinations (Ashgrove and The Gap).
We both found the pillows uncomfortable. The lack of a handrail on the stairs made one of us (vision-impaired) feel very insecure.

Very dated, plastic plates, bowls, plastic toilet seat. There for 6 nights and no service on the apartment so no fresh linen or towles for the whole stay. Should be 2/3 star. No way is it 4 star.

Everything. Management were horribly rude. They called me at work and told me off for not checking my sms'. They charged me $220.00 because I lost a key. They refused to provide assistance outside of normal business hours. They misrepresented the accomodation. Overall the worst accomodation provider I have ever encountered. DO NOT EVER STAY HERE.
