Room was good size and bathroom nice and clean. It was quiet and handy to where we wanted to go. Magazines to read were a nice touch. Breakfasts were well priced. Staff very friendly and helpful, even leant us an umbrella when it was raining. -

Being adjacent to Portside, we found the motel ideal and suited to our needs as we were sailing on the Sun Princess the following day.
It was also close to a delightful seafood restaurant on Nudgee Road (which we would recommend).

The room was large, very clean and even though on a very busy road, there is no noise as the windows are double glazed, a real plus. We were met with a smile on arrival. Car was undercover. Close to food choices at Racecourse Rd, we had the best Indian meal! Location is perfect for access to longterm parking facilities with transfer to airport. Would go back but find room prices in Australia very expensive.

Hotel is in a central position, staff were welcoming and friendly from check in. Food and service in the restaurant were excellent. Rooms whilst on the small side are simply decorated, all the essentials of bar fridge, tea & coffee included, plus a microwave oven. I had a very comfortable suite, plenty of space, big bed with good mattress, fine cotton bedlinen; the bathroom was unusually large with walk-in shower. Real coffee with plunger in the kitchen area was a nice touch. Very helpful staff showed me the quick way to Central so I didn't have to cope with the hills from the city centre.

The location is superb for travellers with out a vehicle as it is so close to Central Train Station, the CBD, South Bank and bus departure stations. We arrived at almost mid-night hrs all the way from Auckland. The apartment key & room allocated was well arranged and easy to access & directly to our room. On the following day, we realized one of the male staff is really helpful when we asked for an extra bed and the bed was there after we returned to the room. In general, the apartment is really well managed.
