The location and scenery from your room is breathtaking. The rooms are big and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was delicious but the biggest standout for me was the two owners. Two people so passionate about looking after their guests. They were soo helpful and lovely. They gave us great advice on tours, booked it for us even lent us some hiking boots!! Patricia and her husband Nicolas are the best possible hosts. Fantastic
people, friendly, helpful I.E. they made phone calls for us to find out
more information about buses, restaurant reservation, etc. Our Spanish
is very limited, so is their English, however we managed just fine.
Breakfast is delicious as Patricia bakes bread and cakes the night

Friendly staff, lovely rooms with two levels that gave a great feeling of space, strong internet, professional and clean. We would recommend it. It is also the last hotel out of town for any of the trips which saves you an hour of waiting in a coach while it picks up other tourists. -

I must say this hotel could not of been better as far as taking care of us. When we needed extra nights they worked hard to let us stay in our same room. This is an excellent 4 star hotel.The location is central to everything yet fairly quiet. Checkin/checkout were very quick, bellman always around and helpful.The breakfast was very good by argentine standards. This property is obviously run by a profesional hotelier. what a beautiful house!
I stayed there for 2 days with my wife. The owner was very kind and gave us useful information to do activities in the El Calapate. moreover room is perfect, especially large, clean and gorgeous. also the kichen located in my room was very convinence and useful. we cooked our dishes and had a nice time. -

Best hotel we stayed in during our 2 months in Ar. Modern apt style rooms with lots of space to spread out.
Owners were very friendly & helpful. Their daughter was also very Good with English & booked our tours made lunches and got us to the airport with ease.

accomodations were very nice with clean linens and amiable service. El
Calafate this time of year was very cold and windy but the nice surprise
at Robles Sur was that the floors seemed heated, even in the bathroom!
So nice to wake in the morning with warm floor and a hot shower.

Very helpful staff and a warm and cozy place to stay! They had a large common area to meet & eat breakfast (which was included in the room rate). They gave us great restaurant recommendations and were really helpful in booking an excursion to the glacier. -

Staying at Cauquenes de Nimez was one of the best travel experiences we ever had. It is not a place for those looking for luxury, but instead you will find a great staff that will make their best to make you feel like you are at home. Have a free cup of tea at 6 o'clock looking at the birds flying over the Nimez laguna and waking up with the birds singing is really fantastic. Located only 15 minutes-walk away from the center of the city. Thanks Sr. Gabriel and the team for the great hospitality
