It is relaxing and the staff is helpful. The casino is not so big.

I booked for two days but a few days before my trip they emailed me and cancelled the second day due to a group of people coming for gambling. Then we had to go to another hotel 20 km from the hotel. Although the other hotel was excellent and near the Falls the changing took some time and we were so disappointed.

Professional and friendly staff. Efficient & quick service. Lovely pool & spa. Accommodating to requests. Best Martini's in Argentina. They deserve their association to Leading Hotels of the World.

Hotel clean, comfortable rooms, attentive attendants, easy access.

Clean and friendly. Breakfast was nice. Liked having the travel agent on property to help assist with tour plans.

Beds not too comfortable. Kind of noisy, walls thin and heard all doors closing on our floor. Did not like having to check out by 10am

- Poor breakfast - also was payed in advanced via credit card I was asked to pay again due to some mistake that was later fixed
