The location is great - in the middle of downtown Mendoza. The front office staff was extremely helpful - we had to stay longer because the passage to Chile was closed and they helped us out wherever they could. -

We had a wonderful four night stay at Plaza Italia. Javier and his mother were great hosts and nothing was too much trouble. We opted to do the wine tour with Javier who took us on the most fabulous day of wine tasting. He also helped book us into the thermal spa for the next day and even drove us to the place to buy our bus tickets to Santiago. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. We had to move rooms on our last night but even this was done seamlessly for us. I highly recommend
