  We stayed in a comfortable room for 4 people just 1/2 mile south of the main area of Helen, Georgia. The indoor pool was very nice and clean, and there was also a hot tub by the pool that was nice to relax in (you will find the switch to turn the hot tub on by the door that leads to the breakfast area). Breakfast was very good and it included sa... hva folk sier » usage biscuits to heat up in the microwave, plus you can make your own waffles. There was plenty of fresh coffee in several thermoses in the breakfas - The room was Nice and clean, Bed slept great! Hotel workers were friendly and helpful. Could see mountains from room. Church directly behind motel. Pool was not heated but didn't mind it. Hot tub was nice. Order from Papas Pizza to go in cleveland they delivered to motel room they have Great food.Enjoyed our stay. Will be back soon!! :)

  I came up to Helen for a baptist youth meeting in Cleveland. We didn't get in till 10:30 that night , but the lady at the desk was quick to get us to our room and very prompt about us getting settled in.The mattress was amazing! Usually at hotels I wake up in the middle of the night, but at the Econo Lodge I slept like a baby! The continental brea... hva folk sier » kfast was well appreciated. Most folks would complain about honey buns and muffins but for free I'll take anything! Sure was a great stay, really don' - Very clean,comfortable.

  The staff was wonderful. They had firewood for the fireplace and movies and popcorn to rent. It was half a mile from the Oktoberfest activities and our apartment was overlooking the Chattahoochee River. It was clean and I felt safe and comfortable. There was a full kitchen so we could bring our own stuff to make breakfast! - I loved the location ... hva folk sier » it was not right in town where it was crowded but close enough to town to enjoy. The amenities were awesome due to the weather being so bad the week we were there we were able to enjoy the indoor pool and other indoor amenities.
