That a ironing board and iron were avaliable as well as a hair dryer, didn't use but it was available, great. Quiet, view of beach. Coffee 24 hrs.in lobby.
Breadfast servered at 7am. Plenty of food to choose from. Had a great visit. Everyone very friendly, and the pool was a great asset after spending a few hours on the beach. Awesome!!

We stayed in the King bed room. The room is very clean and it comes with a microwave and a small refrig. The restaurant was the best !!! The food and the serving staff were the BEST !!!. We would definitely recommend everyone to stay at the place and enjoy the food there. -

The restaurant was wonderful. We went there for dinner and breakfast and really enjoyed it. It was very good for a hotel restaurant.
The price was also reasonable for Newport in the summer. -

The large bedroom and oversized king bed. THe bathrooms were well
equipped with blow dryer and various sundries. The decor is consistent
with the era. We drove 5 minutes to the restaurants and beach. The

Very clean rooms with that are larger than most with a bathroom that is
larger than most. Extra comfortable matresses,sheets and pillows along
with a quiet environment made for a delightful sleep. We were there when
motel was sold out and still had a quiet night's sleep. Would
