The room was large, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The muffins, fruit, juice and coffee in the morning were delicious. The pool and hot tub was relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were friendly, attentive and accommodating---they were able to suggest a way to get to downtown without taking our van even though the commuter rail was not running. -

beautiful clean rooms in a lovely part of town just a few blocks from the river.. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was hot, varied, and plentiful. The 11th floor lounge has a terrific view of the city. -

The staff was very friendly and welcoming despite our late evening arival. The room was very clean and the furnishing gave were excellent. The bathroom was clean and modern. We felt very comfortable there with our two small children. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will stay there again! -

The young man at the desk was so polite and was so helpful.
The room was very clean & comfortable, no smoking room was exactly that no smoke oder.
The early breakfast 4:30 am was perfect for our early flight

I like the look and the warmth of the facility. Very clean, didn't appear to crowded with guests. I interacted with several shuttle drivers who were all pleasant and very accomodating.
